We are the program ALL other programs are and will be compared to in the future. Yet we understand that this program is not in competition with any other program. When our state and communities are cleaner we are all #1. We are all winners. There are NO LOSERS in the South Carolina AAH program. We are proud to be counted as a member of the South Carolina Adopt-A-Highway Team.
